Thai Recipe: Tofu with Mushroom and Mint

This is a very easy and fast vegetarian Thai Recipe. The Tofu and Oyster Mushrooms come with a delicious Mint flavor and crunchy Bell Peppers.

  • 200g Tofu diced
  • 200g Oyster Mushrooms
  • 1 large green Chili chopped
  • 2 Cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 red Bell Pepper cut
  • 1 cup Mint Leaves
  • 1 tbsp (Palm) Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp dark Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Water


  1. Put the Tofu in boiling water for 1-2 minutes and then put aside
  2. Heat 2 tbsp Oil and fry the Chili and Garlic for 1 minute on medium heat
  3. Add Mushrooms and fry 2 more minute
  4. Add the Tofu, 1 tsp dark Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp light Soy Sauce, Sugar amd 1 tbsp Water, mix well and fry for a minute
  5. Add Bell Pepper and Mint, mix Well and fry 1-2 minutes
