The Thai Cuisine is famous for its spicy and complex dishes. It combines salty, sweet and sour so perfectly and is one of my favorite cuisines. Many Buddhists in Thailand also practice a form of Veganism, so there is much Vegetarian food available in Thailand. Here you will find all the well known and some less known Recipes of this great cuisine.

Thai Red Curry with Tofu

The famous Red Curry is called "Kaeng Phet" in Thai and means spicy soup. I love all the Thai Curries because they are so simple to prepare and taste so delicious. The Curry paste is fried in oil and then the Coconut Milk, vegetables and Tofu are added. This spicy soup is best eaten with Rice.

Thai fried Pineapple Rice

A very fast and easy fried Rice Recipe with Pineapple. Khao Pad Sapparot is a very simple but delicious thai dish. The Rice is fried with yellow curry powder and then pineapple and fried tofu are added. It is best to use cold Rice from the day before or at least put it in the fridge for about 2 hours. With the Rice already ready, this dish is made in no time.

Yellow Thai Curry

All the Thai Curries are very famous and known for their incredible taste and spiciness but the yellow Curry is my favorite. This delicious yellow Curry Recipe comes with Pumpkin, Potatoes and red Bell Pepper and is best served with Jasmine Rice.

Pad Thai Recipe

Pad Thai is a famous National dish from Thailand. This fried Noodle dish is easy to prepare and tastes absolutely delicious. The sauce combines sour, sweet, hot and salty just perfect. This is one of the meals i could eat everyday and one of my most cooked recipes.
