Ingredients
- 200g Glutinous Rice Flour
- 40g shredded Coconut mixed with
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 170 ml Water
Instruction
- Mix 200 g Glutinous Rice Flour and 170 ml Water and knead into a Dough
- Take a small piece of the Dough, roll it into a ball and flatten it a bit.
- Put the flattened piece of Dough into already boiling Water.
- Let them boil a few minutes. They are finished as soon as
they rise to the surface and float. Then remove them and put aside. - Roll them in a mixture of Coconut and Sugar until they are nicely covered.
