Indian Recipe: Baby Corn Jalfrezi
Baby Corns and Bell Pepper in a spicy tomato sauce. Its a very easy and tasty Jalfrezi.

Ingredients
- 12 Baby Corn quartered
- 1 green Bell Pepper cut
- 3 Tomatoes chopped/li>
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic Ginger Paste
- 2 dried red Chili
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp white Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instruction
- Put the Tomatoes into a Blender and grind them into a smooth paste
- Heat 2 tbsp Oil and fry the Onions for 2 minutes on low heat
- Add Garlic-Ginger Paste and and fry 1 more minute
- Add the Chili and fry another minute
- Then add the Bell Pepper, mix well and fry 2-3 minutes
- Next add the Baby Corn, mix well and fry again 2-3 minutes
- Add the Tomato Paste, Cumin, Coriander, Garam Masala, Chili and Salt. Mix well and simmer for about 10 minutes till most of the liquid is evaporated
- Add the Vinegar and turn off the heat
