Indian Recipe: Korma
A very easy Recipe for a Indian mixed Vegetable Korma. Cauliflower, Carrots, Peas and Potatoes in a creamy Cashew Curry Sauce.

Ingredients
- 2-3 cups Vegetables:
-1 cup Cauliflower
-1 cup Peas
-1/2 cup Carrots diced - 1 cup Potatoes diced
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Chili
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Oil
For the Paste:
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 10 Cashew Nuts (soaked for 20 minutes)
- 2 Cloves
- 1 tsp Ginger chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic chopped
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1/4 cup Water
Instruction
- Put 1/4 cup Water, Tomato, Cashews, Cloves, Ginger, Garlic and Onions into a Blender and grind them into a Paste
- Heat 3 tbsp Oil and fry the Cumin Seeds for 3 minutes on low heat.
- Add Chili, Turmeric and Coriander and fry for 10 seconds.
- Add the Paste, mix well and fry for 6-7 minutes.
- Add Vegetables, Potatoes, 1 cup Water and Salt, mix well and bring to boil.
- Let it simmer covered for 15-20 minutes
until the Potatoes are tender.
