Indian Recipe: Pyaz Bhaji
Onion Bhaji are my favorite fritters. They are often served as starters in Indian Restaurants and are a perfect little snack. The Rice Flour and just a tiny bit of Liquid make this Onion Bhaji really crunchy. If you want them more spicy you can add some extra green Chilis. You can also serve them with a Dip/Chutney.
