Indian Recipe: Aloo Palak

Ingredients
- 4 Potatoes boiled and cut
- 2 cups Spinach defrosted or fresh
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 green Chili cut
- 3 Cloves Garlic chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instruction
- Heat 2 tbsp Oil and fry the Cumin Seeds on a low flame for about 3 minutes
- Add the Onion and fry 3 more minutes
- Then add the Garlic and green Chili and fry for about 1 minute
- Add Chili, Turmeric and Coriander Powder and fry again for 1 minute.
- Add the Potatoes, mix well and fry for 2 minutes
- Add the Spinach and Salt, mix well and fry for 5 minutes.
- At last add the Garam Masala and mix well.
