Italian Recipe: Ragu alla Bolognese
The Italian classic Spaghetti Bolognese in a vegetarian version with soy granules, celery and carrots. So delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 small Carrot diced
- 1/2 cup Celery chopped
- 1/2 cup Soy Granules (tvp)
- 1 cup Tomatoes chopped
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 300g Pasta
- Olive Oil
Instruction
- Mix the Soy Granules with 1/2 cup Water.
- Heat some Oil and fry the Soy Granules for a few minutes on medium heat – Then put aside.
- Heat 2-3 tbsp Olive Oil and fry the Onions for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Add Carrots and Celery and fry 5 more minutes.
- Add Tomatoes and fry again for 5 minutes.
- Add Tomato Paste, Salt, Pepper and 1/2 cup Water, mix well and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add Soy Granules, mix well and simmer 2 more minutes.
- Serve with Pasta
