Chinese Recipe: Muah Chee
Muah Chee is a well known Street Food Snack in all around Asia. The Sticky Rice Dough is coated with a sweet Peanut-Sesame Mixture. A very delicious Snack. Fast and easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Sticky Rice Flour
- 3/4 cup roasted Peanuts
- 2 tbsp roasted Sesame Seeds
- 1 Shallot cut (optional)
- 2-3 tbsp + 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 cup Water
Instruction
- Mix Sticky Rice Flour with the sugar and 1 cup water and put aside
- Heat 2 tbsp Oil on a medium flame and optional fry the Shallots until they are brown and discard them.
- Add the Sticky Rice batter and immediately stir until it becomes a solid mass. Best use Chopsticks to stir.
- Then Start to fold it with the chopsticks. Again and again for a couple of minutes until you get a nice looking dough.
- Put the Peanuts and Sesame into a Blender and grind them for a short time. Then mix them with 2-3 tbsp Sugar and put the mixture on a plate.

- Coat the Sticky Rice Dough with the Peanut-Sesame mixture and cut pieces off with a Scissor or do it the other way around and cut off then coat.
