Thai Recipe: Lap Tao Hoo
A tasty Thai Tofu Salad with Mushrooms and Mint. Very easy to make and rich in protein. The roasted Rice Powder gives this dish a nice and special taste.

Ingredients
- 150 grams of Tofu
- 2 cups Oyster Mushrooms cut
- 1 handful Mint Leaves
- 3 tbsp Coriander chopped
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp roasted Rice Powder
- 1-2 tsp Chili Powder
- 5 tbsp Lime Juice
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
Instruction
- Dry roast the Mushroom in a pan until they are flagrant
- Put the Tofu into boiling water for about 5 minutes
- Crumble the Tofu, add Mushrooms, Mint, Coriander, Rice Powder, Sugar, Chili Powder, Soy Sauce and Lime Juice and mix well
