Thai Recipe: Tofu with Mushroom and Mint
This is a very easy and fast vegetarian Thai Recipe. The Tofu and Oyster Mushrooms come with a delicious Mint flavor and crunchy Bell Peppers.

Ingredients
- 200g Tofu diced
- 200g Oyster Mushrooms
- 1 large green Chili chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic chopped
- 1 red Bell Pepper cut
- 1 cup Mint Leaves
- 1 tbsp (Palm) Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp dark Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Water
Instruction
- Put the Tofu in boiling water for 1-2 minutes and then put aside
- Heat 2 tbsp Oil and fry the Chili and Garlic for 1 minute on medium heat
- Add Mushrooms and fry 2 more minute
- Add the Tofu, 1 tsp dark Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp light Soy Sauce, Sugar amd 1 tbsp Water, mix well and fry for a minute
- Add Bell Pepper and Mint, mix Well and fry 1-2 minutes
