- Heat the Coconut Milk with Shallots, Sugar and Soy Sauce and bring to boil
- Add Lime Leaves, Chili and all the Vegetables except the Mushrooms and let it simmer for 3 minutes
- Add the Mushrooms and simmer for 3 more minutes
