Vietnamese Recipe: Pho
Pho is a Vietnamese National Dish. A wonderful and aromatic Noodle Soup. Served with Herbs, Beansprouts and Tofu. The Soup is very healthy and tastes incredible.

Ingredients

Soup:
- 2 Star Anise
- 3 Cloves
- 2 Cardamom
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 tbsp Ginger sliced
- 2 Shallots halved
- 4 Cloves Garlic halved
- 1 Onion quartered
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 L Stock (Mushroom)
- 400g Rice Noodles Prepared
- 2 cups Beansprouts
- 150g Fried Tofu cut
- 100g Straw Mushroom
- 1 cup Coriander / different Herbs
- 3-4 tbsp green Onions chopped
Remaining Ingredients:
Instruction
- Heat a pan and dry roast Star Anise, Cloves Cardamom, Ginger, Shallots, Garlic, Cinnamon and Onion on low heat for about 7-8 minutes
- Bring 2 L Stock with all the roasted spices to boil and let it simmer for 25 minutes.
- Discard the Solids
- Add Mushrooms and Soy Sauce and simmer 5 more minutes
- Put some Noodles in a bowl, add the Soup and serve with the remaining Ingredients
